I believe all the kidney problems stem from high blood pressure. Further it spikes even further when lifting. Another problem is the kidneys filter the blood and it clogs trying to get the oil out of your body. Bros think it's only made out of vegetable oil and it's harmless. A little oil on your salad is okay after it runs through your digestive system is great. Pumping it directly into your body and your body has to remove it from your system. Can you imagine the damage? It shouldn't be in your blood stream.
Bodybuilding is the most insane sport. Guys want to look like they can kick ass and intimidate men. They want compliments on being such a manly man. Then they take risks to health to achieve that. Want to take care of your fragile small ego? Lift natural and do a lot cardio. A couple nights a week take a jui jitsu or boxing instruction. You won't look like a posing bodybuilder but you will be fit, healthy and able to kick ass for real.
