Diet to maintain 360 pounds of muscle

Have you wondered what a 360 pound bodybuilder eats to maintain that weight well here is morgan aste diet, he is still growing so you will see him weighing 400 pounds in the near future, he makes big dudes look like they dont even lift.

Meal 1: 5 whole eggs, 5 egg whites
2 slices of whole-wheat bread or oatmeal
1 cup of fresh fruit

Meal 2: 200 grams of meat (chicken, steak) or fish
200 grams of carbs (rice or potatoes)
Piece of fruit

Meal 3: 450 grams of meat or fish
300 to 500 grams of carbs
Green salad or mixed vegetables with olive oil
Piece of fruit

Meal 4: Whey protein shake (75 grams)

Meal 5: Applesauce, gingerbread or mashed potatoes


Meal 6: 450 grams of meat or fish
500-700 grams of carbs
Vegetables
Fruits

Meal 7: Whey protein shake (60 grams) 300 grams of nonfat cottage cheese

He has narrow clavicles and shoulders for his size. He looks bunched up on top.

This is a front and back shot of his shoulders they look pretty big and wide, how much wider would you want him to be, the poor guy would not be able to walk through a doorway

Are you serious the guy is taking in about 1400 grams of carbs a day if thats not a lot I dont know what is.

That is NOT a diet to maintain 350 pounds. If anything, that looks like a weight loss diet, or a diet for a swimmer to maintain his bodyweight.

Competing is extra bad for the health of such guys. And it usually doesn't generate income, so even more stupid to enter contests

The eating part is easy. I've wondered how one acquires the genetics to become a lean 360. It seems like playing around with hormones is so 20th century.

320lbs of MUSCLE would put him at about 348lbs, assuming he maintains about 8% bf.

(8% bf would account for 27.84lbs of non-LBM
, putting him at 320.16lbs of LBM)
