Really? Considering all that shit you inject into the bloodstream has to get filtered through the kidneys and who the fuck knows what kind of bacteria is in the heroin since most people filter it through little balls of cotton added to the fact there's a big a growing trend of "cold cooking" heroin (opiates are water soluble so technically you don't need heat to break it down and dissolve in water before shooting it)... That's how I started, after googling it. Ppl saying "don't heat bit. You'll dissolve contaminate in the water", until my supplier at the time told me that his doctor told him to always heat it and tell it bubbled a couple times to kill at least some of the bacteria and stave off infections... and his paintings were all shot out so we would end up having to shoot it in the muscle. At the start I could not try them injecting black tar into a muscle and not getting an infection however the last four or five months of my use I was shooting everything into the muscle because my veins were all shot out, & I only did the cold cooking with no heat for the first maybe 6 months use. The last year of use I cooked everything....

As far as "less damage", I've never gotten an abscess from a steroid injection. However when i first started (shooting 8-16mg worth of dilaudid tabs) I developed really, really bad cellulitis in both ankles. So swollen my legs were the same size from knee down to my heel, and my feet looked like somebody made a balloon out of latex gloves... And I let it go for months,  not realizing it was cellulitis, until it turned into sepsis, and endocarditis (bacteria on heart valves). All of that is common with heroin users, I just happened get it pretty early on shooting dillys b4 moving to blk. I also got cellulitis again after missing blk shot in my calve, luckily indidnt need to be hospitalized that time (Dr even gave me a shot of diluadid to keep me "comfortable", they knew about the heroin. Took 2 Drs with 2 ultrasound machines one phlebotomist and two nurses looking all over my body including my neck and armpits to find a vein to use for an IV and blooddraw.)

Best sushi in s.d. &.the reason I learned how to make sushi myself BTW) and fuck her brains out, because that's what she had been talking about all week... then at dinner that night after her having a couple drinks I didn't drink anything more than water and wasn't using anything whatsoever, she tells me that she really doesn't want to have sex at night or what the fuck ever it was and i said "okay, that's cool" and she kept going on and on and on and on about it... and the sushi place is small and there's a couple girls sitting right next to us at the next table and number one I noticed them overhearing our conversation actually her talking to me I really wasn't saying anything back to her, and number to legalizing that she was a gold digger. If you would use the search function or perhaps have a little bit of memory you would remember or find out or realize that I have nerve damage in my chest from a broken sternum during a sparring session ... my chest has never been great or even good. The fibers just do not fire not to mention shoulder injuries I saw her from playing 12 or 14 (I forget off hand) years of baseball as a pitcher primarily,  center field, and first base( in which a stretch off of the first base bag tour my left glute and hamstring years ago)..... Nerve damage also effects my biceps for some reason. I believe that is primarily due to the issues in my neck from the C5 and C6 vertebrae and C6 and C7 vertebrae. Never claimed to have great biceps either even way back in the day with my arms were at their biggest I've said it many many times before this eyes was largely due to triceps.

In that picture BTW, is one of many rich people like to post get neglect the ones where I am to 225 to 230 or 235 +... if these mental midgets have access to one bed access to several Deca. Unless some loser actually saves my picture to his hard drive on his computer or his phone. Which I guess maybe great for me since I'm occupying them much space in their minds, but it's pretty fucking pathetic for them. Not true I was shooting six grams of hid and still 230 plus pounds... sing with Lotto bodybuilders who use painkillers. Opiates aint the same as meth or Coke. Opiates always made me hungry and allowed me to sleep "normal" (I.e. I could get in bed at night and fall asleep like a normal person. As opposed to having to take benedryl or trazadon or seroquel or valium or alcohol to put me to sleep.... Opiates never knocked me out or made me nod off like they do for some ppl).

yes finally. Heroin was my main doc but opiates in general. Was on the meth program since Aug 2015 and was weaned off in Apr 2016, put on suboxone and now on the home stretch coming off that. I'm in treatment the last 14mnths and trying to get back to Jersey by hopefully mid Mar.

I was a heroin addict for ~7 years. You'd be surprised how many people are addicted to it (or not, given the recent press it is getting), but it doesn't fit a clear-cut stereotype like some other drugs do. A daily addict can function perfectly fine and even hold a job so long as they have their source. It is when they run out of funds/resources that their cover begins to be blown.
