So any news outlet can "cover Trump." Not all of them receive the special privilege of spots on Air Force One and the Oval Office. Good.

I don't know and what difference does it make? Stolen Valor Tampon Tim didn't request help and let Minnesota burn during the George Floyd riots. The POTUS should not wait for a governor to request help, when it's obvious that local law enforcement is failing or refusing to protect federal law enforcement and federal property.
