for me and in no particular order it is

1. cancer

2. bullies

3. money

Money? Aren't you the guy living a very self-indulgent life style supported by the fruits of the labor of someone else who just gave it to you?

Just like the guy who says he doesn't want to be rich, if you don't like money you can always give it away. And you can give it to people or organizations who can use it a lot better than you can and make the world a better place and help other people who really do need help and suffer through no fault of their own. I don't think you training boxing and bodybuilding "up to three times a day" is doing anybody any good. Squatting "three bills" and trying to weigh more than a "buck fifty" seems rather trivial when most of the world doesn't even have clean water to drink.

And just to be clear, anybody can live how ever they want and live a life style of almost sinful opulence. It's their money. But don't give me this crap about how you hate money. Once  you burn through your inheritance, which will come sooner than you think, we'll see how much you hate having money.

Probably the only thing I super hate is when I am the only car at a light and the next person opts to take the second lane, knowing full well that the road becomes one lane (my lane), immediately after the light

I've no problem with the ones that give me right of way driving normally and I've no problem with the ones that destroy me.  Just the fuckwits that are so fucking petty, they insist on driving at either the exact same speed as mine or just a little bit more, turning it into a merge situation for a grand total of 2 cars.

I also hate how incredibly butthurt they get when I occasionally deliberately box them in, for their troubles.

Lol.  Also people who refuse to abide by the universally accepted merge law of every second vehicle.  They will simply not give way.  Some people are just unreasonable once they get into a car.

OK, then get rid of it. If there is anything that inspires hate in a person then they should strive to have less of it. Ultimately they should have none of it. Get rid of what inspires hate in your life.

Life is full of trade offs. Sleeping on a bus stop bench freezing in clothes that hasn't been washed in months, if ever, with your rotten teeth, matted hair, grossing people out; or stacking heads of lettuce in an air conditioned grocery store or driving a truck all day dealing with assholes on the road all day so you can have a roof over your head, food on the table, and clothes on their back. Not glamorous and sucks having to do it five days a week for 20+ years.

I really don't care what someone chooses as long as it doesn't impede on others. Homelessness is a huge problem in Hawaii and they do impede on the rights of others.

The vast majority of CEOs and business tycoons, didn't screw anyone on their way up. Unlike you, they worked almost around the clock, striving for success. They ignored frivolous activities, such as pretending to be a boxer or a bodybuilder, didn't play computer games, watch TV, follow sports, discuss movie and rock stars, just kept their nose to the grindstone, until they succeeded, and got filthy rich, something that they greatly deserve to be.

I have to differ with our esteemed colleague.  While some men do profit through deceit, and couldn't do as well without it, other men don't need it and do equally well or better.

I'm good enough at making money that I don't have to be a ringleader in a circus of bullshit.  And bullshit wouldn't even serve my interests long term.  

It's a very nice feeling being skilled enough to make a living without having to lie.  I imagine those who have to lie probably dislike themselves because they're too puny to make it happen for real, and they're nervous because their financial fate is built on something that could crumble away.  They would have to deceive themselves as well (impossible), or live with the fact that they are weak and incapable men.  I couldn't live like that.  I don't think anyone can.  It would infect every moment.  So don't do that.
