58 year old superhuman radio host and industry personality Carl Lanore started 2017 with the grueling leg workout outlined below.

5 giant-set circuits; leg press + leg extension + seated leg curls in succession with no rest in between movements. ~3 minutes rest in between giant-sets.

Leg press: 6 plates per side x 25 reps + Leg Extension: 120 lbs. x 15 reps + Seated Leg Curls: 160 lbs. x 15

Leg press: 8 plates per side x 16 reps + Leg Extension: 140 lbs. x 12 reps + Seated Leg Curls: 180 lbs. x 15

Leg press: 10 plates per side x 12 reps + Leg Extension: 140 lbs. x 12 reps + Seated Leg Curls: 180 lbs. x 12

Leg press: 12 plates per side x 10 reps + Leg Extension: 140 lbs. x 10 reps + Seated Leg Curls: 180 lbs. x 12

Leg press: 14 plates per side x 8 reps + Leg Extension: 140 lbs. x 8 reps + Seated Leg Curls: 180 lbs. x 10

Then I moved to the adductor / abductor machines for some inner/outer work. Did 3 sets of 12 to 15 with the entire stack on both.

Don't know the guy, but should skip leg day and focus on cardio drop all the bodyfat, then begin to focus on weight training and adding muscle slowly. At least that would be my advice, at 58, should be focusing on lean athletic healthy functional look.

Its possible, maybe a long lost cousin, if you know anything about Italian families we tend to have a lot of cousins, a lot of the time not necessarily by blood ;D
