Here's how I see it:

1st - Vinny Galanti - I think Vinny has the lines and structure to impress the judges and take this show. What he lacks in muscle mass, he makes up for with his shape. If he comes in sharp, this show is his to lose.

2nd - Jack London - I think Jack has the mass to take second place here. He could surprise everyone and win the whole show if Vinny is off, but from where I sit, Jack has second place locked down.

3rd - Special Ed - Personally I don't think this guy deserves to be in the show after taking second at a small teen show 18 years ago, but if he can dial it in, add some muscle mass, and make it through the compulsories, I think he can lock up the Olympia bid with a 3rd place finish here.

And to think a big dumb farm boy from nowhere mass. in 2001 was smart enough to get a lawyer for peanuts and beat the test so he could collect his earnings..

I am joining the PDI for a few reasons, like i say on my website I'm going to be 39 this year and after being in the Nationals 9 times, i know the level of bodybuilder i am....i have no fantasy of being a top bodybuilder.

I have ALWAYS had a full time job, never has bodybuilding been anything but a hobby to me.
The NPC and EVERYONE that I have ever done work with has always treated me fair, and with respect.

The problems between the IFBB/NPC and Wayne has nothing to do with me, I have lost my heart to train, thinking it could be my year this year in getting a pro card.
If Wayne didn't come along, I'd be taking this year off, and doing the Masters Nationals next year.

Back in 94, Shaw Ray told me how to market my USA win, and for the last 12 years I have been under contract with one company or another.....the last 9 years it has been UNIVERSAL NUTRITION.

I am a fan of bodybuilding, it will be interesting to see if this all works out...i wouldn't be doing it if i didn't think it was right for me.

I think if special Ed can return to his once dominant teen form, the show is his to win or lose.  I got adonis in close second with sarcasm in third due to blowing the judges and gaining special favor.
