I went to high school with Joe Bucci, and he was an absolute freak back in the mid seventys. He looked like he could place in the America while still a high school student. People today don't realize how few bodybuilders were around back in the day, and seeing someone 16 years old with a muscular 18 inch arm stopped traffic.  I remember trying out for wrestling on the first day, and Joe walking into the room, and the coach looking up and saying "thank you God"

There's so many. When we talk arms, I include biceps, triceps and forearms.


1. Roelly - He had it all. Elite biceps, triceps and arms. His are the best overall.
2. Phil - He's right behind Roelly. Phil has the freakier forearms and Roelly the freakier triceps.
3. Ronnie - The only reason I don't have him # 1 is because I don't like his lateral triceps head. Genetically not made for size like Roelly and Phil. I like his size, shape separation of arms and vascularity over Roelly and Phil. I'd rather have Ronnie arms over Roelly and Phil.
