Been lurking here for years. Squadfathers reign of terror, the Derek Anthony meltdowns and ownings, the Adonis vs Palumbo calorie is a calorie wars, Special Ed and the radio show. Those were great times this place was exciting. At one point the whole entire industry moved and shaked with what was going on here. 2005-2008 were the best years. It's never been the same. The anti social creepers making this personal "outing" people and trying to ruin lives made this place its current below mediocre state.

In 2007 I was kicked and banned from an IFBBs pro card holders golds gyms because of some stuff that showed up on my account here

don't remember if it was on here or MD but there was an anorexic adonis principles follower called wavelength who disappeared. he used to stoke the calorie is a calorie wars. These two were the pioneers of the iifym stuff that youtube cookie cutter celeries made money off of.
