Look What I Picked Up At A Thrift Store Getbiggers!!!

Was doing my usual weekend shopping for antiques and vintage goods when I happened upon something that you would normally not find.  I was at Miracle Hill Ministries Thrift Store when I found a practically brand new Schwinn 430 Elliptical Trainer....never even been used.  Asked them how much and it was just 119 dollars.  Pretty much a no brainer.  Already did 30 minutes on it at home and its fucking awesome.  Only thing it was missing was the AC adapter which I got coming from an Ebay vendor for 6 bucks.


This is why I do what I do...never know what you'll run into

Uhaul truck was 19.99, Insurance 14.00.  Total with mileage was 53 bucks.  Could have waited a few days to borrow one from a friend but I didn't feel like hauling it on a day I have to work.

Same formula as before.  Standard Ketogenic Diet with 2 carb loads a week.  4 days weight training, minimal cardio.  Eating plenty of flank steak and chicken.  No real supplements at this time except multi-vitamins.  I'll go full throttle in mid March.
