This happened because the congress has happily abdicated much of its authority courts on almost every possible subject. This judge was able to stay a national EO without once citing constitutionality, statute or 200 years of case law. His opinion was basically, "it's mean".

Not only should this judge be impeached for judicial incompetence, but congress needs to assert itself immediately under Art. III, sec 2 of the Constitution to slap the lower courts down hard.

Ruled by unelected, lifetime tenured leftists will not stand.

You are a moron. The executive and the judiciary are co-equal, however the legislature is the super-equal for "checks and balances". That is the proper redress of grievances of the executive. The lower courts are actual creations of congress, FFS. Congress can legislate the lower courts out of existence.
