I did this thread on a now-defunct forum about a decade ago. This updated version goes something like this:

1. Baltimore Ravens - 100% (2/2)
2. San Francisco 49ers - 83% (5/6)
T-3. Green Bay Packers - 80% (4/5)
T-3. New York Giants - 80% (4/5)
T-5. Pittsburgh Steelers - 75% (6/8)
T-5. Oakland/L.A. Raiders -75% (3/4)
7. Miami Dolphins - 67% (2/3)
8. Dallas Cowboys - 63% (5/8)
9. Washington Redskins - 60% (3/5)
10 New England Patriots - 56% (5/9)
T-11. Baltimore/Indianapolis Colts - 50% (2/4)
T-11. Kansas City Chiefs - 50% (1/2)
T-11. Chicago Bears - 50% (1/2)
14. Denver Broncos - 43% (3/7)
T-15. Seattle Seahawks - 33% (1/3)
