Wednesday was another leg day after warm up i did 315 for 25 reps then 405 for 14 reps, the reps felt easy so for the last set i went up to 475 lbs, this weight felt totally different on my back when i took it out of the rack i made two small steps backward and it felt like my body was about to twist in two. Some people stoped their workouts and turned around to watch me, i got 12 reps with the 475 and when i racked it,some girls started to clap and whistle that was kinda cool, one of them was giving me a lustful look i did not get to talk to her but next time when i go back to the gym i will see if i can get the hook up.

I finally hit a break through instead of squating the 45 pound bar i added 5 pounds to the bar and did it for 8 reps. i was feeling good about it untill i saw this 16 year old girl squating 135 lbs i was so embrarassed i ran out of the gym screaming and crying.

I was a kid and I wanted to be treated like an adult so I acted like one, I did the same thing to get into clubs with a fake id because I was big and muscular for my age, whats the big deal we all did that as kids, I like how you ignored that even as a kid I was stronger than you ever was now go inject some synthol in your skinny arms because at this point thats the only way they will get big.
