Problem is the 9th circuit just ruled against this executive order ban.
The basic idea is popular BUT, the wording of the order was sloppy.

Trump could go back with his legal term and rewrite the order insuring
it would pass constitutional muster.
That would be the fasted track to getting it in law and being enforced.

BUT, his ego may refuse that and he's gonna push THIS poorly written order fight to the SCOTUS.
There it will likely be a 4-4 decision and sent back to lower court, that already ruled against it.
