You wont commit to a figure because either
1. you have never done it
2.If you are eating 200gms of protein (which for a man at 240lb at 8% seems reasonable) then you would be eating 600gms of fats, thats 5400 cals, add that to your protein of 800 cals thats 6200 cals on a cut you fucking moron....

if i work out a diet of 2000 cals that would mean to split my cals 75/25 that would equate to 167gms fat to 125gms protein.

but you said my fats should be 75% of my diet, can you please sort it for me as im confused.

A friend of mine who happens to be a men's physique competitor has been told by doctor that his kidneys are " weak " and the reason is the pre workout formula ! so he has to cut that off completely.  I thought steroids and massive protein intake would put stress in kidneys.

The guy is late 30s of 40 great shape. Seems worry

What's the best way too get kidneys clean and back to normal ?

I am one of the most knowledgeable members of the board on diet,training and roids BT is the real joke around here imagine training for 25 years and looking the same apart from the beginner gains that you got when you first started, you have shitty bodybuilders then you have garbage bottom of the barrel bodybuilders and below that you will find bethere.

The normal BUN level for healthy individuals is 7-20 mg/dL in adults, and 5-18 mg/dL in children. Patients on dialysis have higher BUN levels, usually 40-60 mg/dL.


mine was 25 after my last show and creatitine serum 1.30

BUN/creatinine levels will be elevated since you are a weight lifter.. that is normal. if you stopped lifting weights 2 weeks and then tested i bet results would be normalized.

Its actually normal to have elevated kidney values after an intense training session...
Doctor sees the result, see the patient looking athletic/muscular, ask if the patient is taking supplements, then proceed to blame the supplements.
Watch your blood presure and sodium intake to save your kidneys.

The main kidney killer is high blood pressure. Not steroids directly, as in toxic to the kidneys (indirectly they increase BP). The doc probably was referring to the BP increasing aspects of stimulants and he wouldn't necessarily be wrong. But he doesn't know what the cause for "weak kidneys" is for sure, unless he takes the dudes BP before and after a PWO.

hippplito, you can't "clean out" kidneys, you can get the risk factors under control though, as in lowering BP etc. If the kidneys are damaged already they don't really recover.
