I see him nearly every day.. he doesn't carry a lot of mass in the lower bicep near the elbow joint or tricep for that matter and the other somewhat longer for arms and he's a tall guy, so in tshirt pics his arms may look small, but he's still a good 2:40. traps kind of slope like Arnold used to.

He's been doing a lot of seminars or something lately hasn't been around much past few weeks or so  at least since the holidays . He's doing well I assume you still trains however I don't recall ever actually seen him train  himself at least. He does have a lot of clients carries a huge plastic cooler everywhere he goes  and drives a black 300C  with the radar detector  in the windshield lol . He's quiet and has a deadpan dry sense of humor  and has an accent like Arnold's

Nope, not there. I was the training coordinator there for a while and i never saw him at that gym because they typically dont allow outside trainers (other than chris cormier because he's a local and because he's chris cormier). Hes been training at another gym i used to run because itsnone of the very few gyms that allow outside trainers.

I saw him there in either 2000 or 2002.  Can't remember which one.  Was still pretty damn big.

They, along with most other gyms changed their policy to not allow independent trainers train at their gyms, or at the very least charged independent trainers stupid High rental fees upwards of $1,000 per month. Forcing clients to use house trainers. So he most likely was training there at that time. Since EOS bought a lot of Golds they got rid of all independents.

JP's also kinda easily irritated with clients and will make fun of idiots behind their back. ( not really in a bad way... Just the idiots who dont follow instructions... We all do it.)

I forget whether it was 2000 or $3,000 per month, that JP said would be required if you want to be competitive on stage and get your pro card... Primarily in gh. A great deal more than my other former ifbb pro customers spent, or spend. One guy particular gets about $1k worth at a good discount which he resells about 90% of.  Dude lives in the next country club up the street and i head over there and see his cupboard filled with my stuff from 3-4yrs ago that he just stockpiles. Lol. Fuckers even still got a couple origional boxes/amps of parabolan, mast, and primo, & an empty tub of the old school thai pinks, and a mostly full reforvit-b from the early 90's. I bout gagged when i smelled that reforvit-b... Brings back bad memories lol.
