This is not about the eventual fate of LtWtBabys arms (or testes ) :D

I'm finally willing to accept my actual situation.
Thus, I'm training and dieting now with one main purpose:
To lose body wt, get smaller and increase my cardiovascular fitness.

Note I have no plans to run marathons or enter an old goat physique division.
My goals will be measured using the following objective data:
1. lbs of body wt ( 2 x week, 1st thing in the morning )
2. waist in inches ( weekly, 1st thing in morning on Saturdays)
3. Blood pressure ( same time as above)
4. resting pulse ( same time as above)

My cardio will be a combination of :(mostly) incline treadmill, with some stair climber, elliptical, gym bike and some scenic hikes with the new dog.
I'll do waist/ab work 3x week and weekly high rep machine/cable exercises for major body parts.

Diet is very simple lower calorie, less food intake . No concern over protein or carb grams, etc.
Just  basic food and no gimmicks or extremes.
That's it.  :D

1. Not much phases me after 8 divorces and  a decade of virtual ass raping on getbig.com.

2. The deal is most cross fitting bores me and my joints cringe at the idea LOL.
I actually ENJOY being in the gym and doing exercise centered around that .

I know that sounds boring and tedious, but I'm a complete tool bag, so it suits me.

I wasn't suggesting crossfit at all.

More, getting away from the separation of weights and cardio, and the concept of "leg day" etc....

Ok, seriously now, I considered that.
Truth be told, I'm not doing a typical bodybuilding workout.
BUT, I actually enjoy the cardio/body part format.

You don't have to work anymore so you should try to prolong your life and your good days as long as possible.  I'd love to not have to work and just be able to fart around in the gym.  Lots of time to read, watch movies, whatever.  Living the dream.

Every now and then I'll open a Howard thread in hopes.....

I always regret it.

Except for that one post when he actually acted like a fairly normal middle aged man and gives a brief history, and insight, into his life and how we went from hard core bber
to the Marines and made a damn decent life for himself when things came so close to going wrong -- horribly wrong.

That it what I hoped for here.

your will build a ferocious appetite to counter lots of cardio . you will not be able to keep calories down unless u smoke cigarettes. 

you have robust genes not twink genes , youl never be a lean cardio machine unless you run a miserable 10 miles a day

Ok, so for you ( and many others) reading my post is like hearing a loud fart in an elevator.
It's funny and catches your interest for a brief moment. Then, the stink creeps in and lingers.

Still with the fart jokes at 50+.

You're a good guy, Howard, one of the better ones. But jeeze fuking louise....

Anyway, you have above average genetics and if you actually focus and show some semblance of discipline you will do well. I still remember my jaw dropping seeing your early photos on such little to no gear. We're about the same age and took bbing serious at about the same time, even trained similarly using an HIT/Mentzer hybrid protocol, and I was nowhere near your level even though I was taking 2 to 3 times the amount the amount of gear.

Why are they not food? "Shakes" can contain all the macronutrients and be assimilated and processed like any other macronutrients. I don't think the body knows the difference in how these macronutrients are ingested. Besides, even solid foods are broken down and "liquified" by the digestive system as it is being assimilated and processed.
