for years we've seen mma fighter dustin poirier with a bald head:

turns out, he isnt bald at all as he let his hair grow back for the latest ufc fight - and what a handsome son of a bitch he is! look at that hair!

dustin had to eat alot of crow after his last fight when he was destroyed by michael johnson. he will probably lose to eddie alvarez as well .

I enjoy watching some of the matches, but sadly there is some truth to what you say. It's a perfect sport for the current generation of ADHD walking smartphone zombies. New champions every other week. Guys walking into title shots from off the couch or having only had a few fights in the UFC. It really is the perfect sport for "dumb America". That doesn't mean it's a bad sport, but it's far too vicious for someone to remain at the top for a long time. It's going to be hard for the UFC to create household names in the future.
