Blood test isn't everything. Casey Viator was telling me how good his blood test was a few short years before he died.  

Carrying extra muscle that is put on quickly due to drugs is a strain on the heart muscle just like being over weight fat is. Blood test don't test blood pressure. It doesn't check resting heart rate. It doesn't check EKG over physical exertion. It doesn't check artery clogs. It doesn't check cardio fitness.

My blood pressure, resting heart rate, and ECG are all bang on.

At 35, should I do a cardio fitness test?  As for my arteries, is a check on that reserved for those a little older?

All my ekgs over the past few years have been normal, including 1 that had to be done by a cardiologist (i forget the name)... And I've had 2 instances where my bp was 244/180-something with heartrate 180-190. Lol

Strongman eddie Hall is the most frightenning guy actually. Deadlifting 350kg for cardio, bench press 265kg for 6 etc, and looking unhealthy as fuckkk.
