Not sure why you are talking about august at the rate I am going I should be 300 pounds before then I am up another pound now 278, only 22 pounds to go.

Its all mental one of the biggest problems with bulking is getting tired of eating so you have to switch up your foods,as soon as I wake up in the morning I run to the kitchen and make a 1000 calorie shake drink it down and wait two and half hours then I have my breakfast and I will be eating and shitting all day long.
