Yeah, it's an interesting concept to think about.

I would assume that Adam and Eve still had belly buttons even though they never had an umbilical cord attached to them and were never newborn babies.

I make the assumption they had all the characteristics of the generations that came from them.  Can I prove that?  Nope. 

With or without belly buttons I don't know...interesting to think about though.

Never thought about it.  Just assumed Adam was without a rib, but that generations that follow (regardless of gender) had the same number of ribs.

Don't know in general if men and women have a different number of ribs....don't know that anatomy stuff.

Only difference is that every male born (that's called Adam) has one rib less than other males.

No difference on women.
