An owner of a popular Miami gym was arrested, Wednesday morning, for allegedly distributing millions of dollars worth of steroids. According to sources close to the investigation, Iron Addicts Gym owner Richard Rodriguez was arrested after being accused of selling and distributing a massive amount of steroids at his gym. During the initial raid by the DEA and U.S. Marshals, Rodriguez was reportedly found at Miami International Airport. He was ready to board a flight headed to Los Angeles, Calif. His gym, located at 31 N.E. 17th St., was shut down by the Drug Enforcement Administration, as DEA agents will be investigating the gym for several days. A sign on the entrance read, “United States Marshal NO Trespassing.”

They don't go after the buyers but they now know who to monitor.  If all of a sudden a buyer starts getting random packages from Romania and they notice other buyers getting the same it helps them track down new dealers.  They just follow the money.

I use to deal so I can tell you what really goes on not hearsay, they never go after buyers and the only way they go after small time dealers is if you have information that can help them catch the big fish.

That Rodriguez guy appeared in a Ric Drasin video once with Flex Wheeler, and Ric immediately took it down. Maybe he saw how sketchy it was.
