I didn't change jack shit, I just answered your question.  If you want my opinion about Trump, I don't think he's a racist but a greedy businessman.  The fact that he kept blacks from renting has more to do with no lowering the property values which would have happened because you can charge a premium price for rent and HOA if you have an all white community .  He hires foreign workers from overseas for Mar Lago because he can not only pay less money but they are more inclined not to quit....I mean, if they quit their job then they have to return to their shitty ass poverty ridden country.

But you have to also understand that it works both ways.  There are a number of very affluent black communities in Atlanta that even discriminate against having "low class blacks"  reside in their area.  Oyster Bay is expensive for all the Italians.  Lets not forget San Francisco and West Hollywood......some of the most expensive property out there but they will run you out just as quickly if you don't suck dick or take it up the asspipe.  So having a community with one ethnic or social group is always good money
