You only need 2 sets per bodypart lets say you are doing bench press and you can handle 315 for 5 reps, then you could start out with 135,185,225,275 these are all warm ups to pump up the muscle and get it ready for that one set, then you get a spotter do your 5 reps then some forced reps then partial reps until the muscle is totally fatigued, rest then repeat for incline.
Thanks for the tips.

If you sprain your bone it will heal but if you break it then it will grow stronger that is how the body works, going into the gym and doing high volume to pump up the muscle you will always look the same, now going into the gym and destroying the muscle you will get bigger and stronger, I train to the point where I feel like I am going to die, my face is red my head hurts then I go home rest for a few days and repeat, my body has no choice but to grow bigger and stronger, now you know the secret to gains but most of you will say its bullshit because you dont have the mindset to do it, so continue to pump up your muscle and get no gains.

I train people with spinal cord injuries (SCIs) I can tell you the nervous system is very complicated but is intergral in advanced muscle development- look at Wolf right before his surgery -- he had numbness in his hands and wasn't sure , had no idea he has nerve damage --- prob nervous system development has something to do with Palumboisum??  But ignoring that pathway and blasting shit is for little dudes , Branch

overtraining is a proven scientific fact -- things happen in ur body that are fckn bad if you nancies train too much - all I hear is this train beast mode shit , I would gladly take a day and eat and rest then slug thru a piss poor arm workout so I can rock my neon bullshit attire and post on Instagram a matching sock, shorts, hat pic

My training principle is very simple short brutal intense training session then go home and recover, a minimum of 1 day rest between sessions, and if your recovery ability is not great you can take up to 3 days rest between sessions.

Some of the crazy things I have done makes me think that I am the most hardcore bodybuilder to ever walk the planet, as a teenager I was bulking and I was trying to drink a jug of weight gain fart powder but my stomach was full so I forced it down, then I felt bad and vomited the drink back into the jug, I got angry because I needed to get big so everything that I vomited into the jug I drank it back down again and this time it stay down.

They burn out because they go to the gym too often when you are doing extreme intensity like this you need rest, I divide my bodyparts into 3 sessions , legs, chest shoulders and triceps and back and biceps, after each session I will rest for 1,2 or even 3 days depending on how I feel before I do the next session.

So, if you have a three session split and often take 2 even three days off between sessions that would imply that more than a week has passed before you hit a body part again. I use the exact same split and get two days off after my third session (legs) but only one day off between the other two. I sometimes take an additional day but I'm reluctant as now it's 8 days between bodyparts and I would rather back off in training intensity rather than skip anymore days.

I do have some sciatic pain in  the lower back down to the right butt cheek from pushing too hard in my last hardcore sessions, it was hurting me a lot yesterday but I feel a lot better today so I am ready to go hard again.

I hope you enjoy your slipped disc.

No bro I am a tough sob most of you weaklings take painkillers but I just sit there and endure the pain so I can know when it goes away, training puts wear and tear on the body and the cure for this is just rest.

You've never had any injuries or need to take a painkiller?

I had injuries but painkiller is a bad idea if you kill the pain how will you know when the pain goes away, I prefer to endure the pain and each day it improves and when its  gone I start training again, but taking a painkiller and training with an injury will fuck you up permanently.

8 inch biceps

whats your take on practicing posing the muscle group after you train? IE back day - hit some rear double biceps and lat spreads?

Posing is one of the most underrated part of bodybuilding it helps you to connect with the muscle, especially the muscles you cant see like the back, glutes and hamstring and you will get a better mind muscle connection when you train.
