The governing body says that all athletes must compete based on their sex at birth and that drugs used for a legitimate medical need are permitted for athletes.

It's funny to imagine someone being that big of a cheater and willing to go to such lengths to be a Champion.  It would not be that funny in reality because a lot of women would be getting their fucking faces caved in.
