Only problem is, human beings have NEVER been like that, in the entire history of civilization.
Basic human faults like greed, envy, jealousy, laziness and hatred make it impossible in the long run.

To have an equal society everybody has to be willing to do two things at the same time:
1. Share the assets, EQUALLY
2. Share the work burden , EQUALLY

It never stops to ask the one simple problem:
What do you do, if someone refuses to do 1 or 2?
