I guess it's under consideration. At this years IFBB/NPC summit, it was in serious discussion to have cocks judged
only in the quarter turn portion of pre-judging. Targeted date for implementation is the 2019 season. Giving all
competitors advanced warning so as to have ample time to bring up weak body parts.
