The meat is fresh and taste delicious. I have always a XXL burger with cheese ( 1lb.meat inside,  2 half pounds patty).
I Digest it very easily !!!

they probably grind up all the discarded bits of chicken; grizzle, fat, bones, organs, and reinject it into the meat. can still call it 100% real chicken. as in all of the chicken.

Doesnt affect me.

Only thing i eat from subway is meatball subs... However there's probably less meat in the meatballs than there is in the chicken. Don't really care though.

Meatball sub with provolone, extra mozzarella and parm... Take it home and put extra Havarti cheese in it with some italian seasoning. Microwave it for 45 seconds & eat. Damn tasty.

Went to McDonalds once.

McDonalds used to have oatmeal. It was surprisingly delicious. Didn't bother checking the nutritional facts, as knew McDonalds would not be on the menu any further.

Mcnuggets are delicious. Theres high fructose corn syrup in them lol.

Havent eaten there since they stopped carrying honey mustard though. Id average 2 nuggets per honey mustard packet. 3 nuggets per bbq or sweet n sour sauce packets though.
