Pulling a figure out of my a s s I believe that at any one time, around 1 in 4 adults in the developed world are experiencing a period of poor mental health.  I wonder if that proportion is reflected in the bodybuilding 'community?' (oh brother)  Maybe higher..?

LOL! Thanx bro thats kind of you. The problem is I still look very good and my real gymrat days are 15 years ago! I quess I am lucky. Because of that I just dont see the point. I cant do something half hearted. I do it fully dedicated bound to succeed or I dont do it at all.

More power to you. I saw your pics on fitmisc ( or something like that) and you looked great!

I do have straitations on my glutes and legs lol. I have them in lots of places. On my arms its a bit crazy and that skin is now very thin and loose and it can hurt like a bitch when one of my kids grabs me by my arm for instance.
