The Obama Administration had to file a court order with a FISA Court (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) to apply for the wiretapping. The Obama Administration applied in July/2016 and was denied. They re-applied in October/2016, and the order was executed. So, it's already proven this happened. How did the Democrats get all their intelligence on Flynn and Sessions?... Wiretaps. Plus, it's already been reported multiple times by the Washington Post and N.Y. Times (both Leftist rags).

This is big and it is bad for the Democrats. An exiting President (and I say that with a tongue in cheek) spying on a Presidential Campaign of an opposing party? It's criminal.
