hi guys

right now i m weighting 78,7kg@175cm@17 years old

my goal is 75kg on stage in the teenage performance class

Here's a tip for you.

Stop worrying about what you will weigh come contest day.

What matters is how you'll look.

Just stick with the diet.

For what it's worth though, I think you will need to be at around 68-69 to look really good.

i weighted 68 last year and i gained really a lot of muscle

Decent build, i would suggest restyling the beard and haircut.
You look way older than 17.

Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't muslims not allowed to use toilet paper and only water and their left hand?

i hate people here in this forum who are hating on bb

i love bb!!! thats why i m doing it

i dont care what all these people say about pro bb
you know....bb is really the hardest sport in the world
it s a 24 h job!!!
everybody can go on a court and play tennis but not everyone is tough enough to give all attention only on one thing
dieting,traing etc is really hard but if you re competing you would know that its the best feeling in the world to place good in a show or even to win the show because then you would know that its much more satisfying to win after a hard ,long road full of sacrifices
