Yeah...4 deadlift sessions will make your back grow back to full time pr bodybuilder...I don't really get Kevin...u need fuckin YEARS of consistent deadlifting to make some real actual gain...the time will not be enough this time neither...Why the hell on earth all theses travelling. a 45min bodybuilding session 3 times/week in the hotellobby dose.t make u a Mr O.
