Regardless of what trump says, the jobs that were created are useless part time minimum wage or near minimum wage positions that cannot sustain a family, or even an individual in many cases at the hours offered. Obamacare fucked so many people out of jobs by requiring companies to offer healthcare to people employed at more than 35 hours a week. End result is that companies just hired everyone part time at under 35 a week and that resulted in more jobs on paper, but less people being able to support themselves via those jobs due to lower net earnings.
Until trump can do something about that part of Obamacare, there's very little he can do about employment due to the cost of healthcare in the USA. Companies just won't offer healthcare to people in lower positions based on cost.
It's Obama's doing, not Trump's.
