Do not be worried, ESFitness probably has 6ft+ 320lbs grandpa's and uncles from the UK too. Whom he has met in prison, while fighting off everyone, injecting more steroids and heroine than anyone could fathom.

Met him in a gym in the 90's, in London. I specifically asked him if he was british and he said "yes".
He was doing military presses with 3 plates each side, with military boots, cut denims and a red tank top.
Bumped into him in the parking lot later and he helped me bumpstart my Lancia Integrale. A true gentleman.

Ian is a Yorkshire man, as British as you get...

Looks healthy, must be in his 50's now...was a legit mass monster before the insulin/gh mega dose protocols

you cant contradict ESFitness, he will have a story about how he was once in shootout with Ian and while both mortally wounded they did their own blood transfusions swapping blood with each other, he had to get verification of Ians genetic birth right to ensure he was a match
