what should he do...does he have a plan be, any options? Quit steroids and get down 60 pound be nobody, look even more shit, feeling even more old...loose money, no bitches, no friends, no nothing...everything he got is bcz the look the testo...he can't have a decent life without all the gear...does he really got any options? Is quoting an option? I don't know. I guess he have to take the race down the grave in 5-10 years...

Maybe someone here knows this: if Rich Piana quits bodybuilding for whatever reason, okay he will quit all drugs / roids / gh etc, but how does he gets all the sort-of oil removed from his arms / pecs / shoulders?

I have a feeling this latest shredded series on his YouTube channel is the product of a doctor telling him to either lose the size or die. So, he is making the best of it and spinning it off as a getting ripped journey.
