I dont eat anything before or after training.However, during my workout i like to eat one of those Wal-Mart whole rotisserie chicken's. Usually take a few bites between sets and a big bite during each set. Gym staff complained a while back about forks & knives and stuff so now i just use my bare hands.... And i wash it down with a gallon of warm milk i carry around all day. Sometimes if it's been a warm day and im training in the late afternoon/early evening the milk gets a lil chunky, which i dont mind since it's a lil like eating egg-whites.
Well....2 hours before-Salted Plain baked potato with 8oz of lean protein or 2 cups egg whites As I walk in the gym door-2 regular rice crispy treats Cream of rice and egg whites pwo Hour later-Steamed chicken and brocc w/white rice from local chi restaurant
i eat those Rice Krispie treats sometimes-love them
Yes sir, any gas station will do on the way to the gym. Just sugar and rice with everything nice.
