Tren 50mg ED (bedtime)
Aromasin 12.5 ED (bedtime)
Wake- 2iu Pharma GH +50mcgT4. 60mcg clen 2g Acetyl-L-Carnitine 7.5 Yohimbe HCL 200mg caffeine
Wait 20 min. 2iu Humalog. 30 min walk 3.0 speed be mindful of hypo
Meal 1
16oz Whites
2 Whole Eggs(omega)
Nutrition
-All other meals are 10oz LEAN meat ....chicken, turkey, white fish, scallops, shrimp) and 1 cup GREENS
LEG AMD Back days add 1 cup white rice to PWO meal. 5 meals of this total (excluding meal 1)
-1 hr preworkout 2iu Pharma GH+50mcg T4
-aminos in some Gatorade intra workout.....sip through workout and eat a meal as son as workout ends
-Last meal of day is always 16 oz of egg whites (cooked) and 2 scoops whey isolate shake. Take this with 2iu humalog right before meal. Wait 30 mins before taking bedtime supps
-bedtime supps- 2mg ketotifen, 3mg Melatonin. Wait 20. 80 mcg clen. 2g Acetyl-L-Carnitine. 5mg Yohimbe. 2iu Pharma GH 12.5 mcg T3
