Yes, we do.  For example, an American would say, "Okay, we have you scheduled for October the 3rd at 09:00 am."  Or, "This year, Thanksgiving falls on Thursday, November the 23rd."

Tbh even though I'm American, I always liked the European system better, since it goes smallest to biggest (day, month, year).

Me as well. Euro way makes more sense.  In addition, I prefer the metric system as well much easier to work with vs. inches, feet and miles. Dumb.
