I've nothing against the guy, but it's not as if it is revelation to anybody here that McCarver feinted for something other than bullshit bronchitis or that S.ray saying he has a gut is a valid point.  

It's a testament to how fucked up the fitness industry is that making utterly obvious points that are accepted and understood here is considered "making good points" on the outside.

And to be clear, 17 minutes to make those points is not "enjoyable".  As I say, I don't mind the guy - but that far too long to get to the point.
