been using a simple cheap ab roller wheel, bought for ten bucks. doing 100 reps a day, skipping a day if I'm sore. the wheel kicks my butt. simple device, but effective.
Tried one of these the first time in prison. Thought abs were somewhat strong (was powerlifting then), had abs, & regular weighted laying crunches, cable crunches, etc... But did a couple sets of 15 w/the wheel at about 230lbs BW... Next morning i could barely get out of my bunk. Had to roll on my side to get out my abs were so sore from my sternum down to insertions near the groin. Brutal... And lasted a good 3-4days. Lol. Those things really make you aware of how much abdominal muscle you use just sitting up to get out of bed.

Ab wheel leaves my abs sore like no other ab exercise. I want to get the kind where you put your feet in it and roll up too. Kwon, nice ass you put up.
