saw and talked to both of these guys today at golds. Jerome looks great at his age, lots of thick old muscle, looks solid. rick valiant also looks fantastic, still big arms, still the good looks like he had on his ESPN SHOW. both still training hard.

I remember the first time id ever seen/heard/met jerrome. Was at World Gym Marina del Rey. Middle of my set outside i hear what sounded like a drag queen gossiping in a hair-salon about who knows what, loud and flamboyant as hell. I look over and it's a 270lb jerrome, with a huge face, huge chest, & with his hair looking wet and straightened/curly hanging over his shoulders like Rick James. Lol. He was training some 40yr old white soccer-mom.
