Yeah I agree man.  Would have looked good but his waist is awful.  Kills his whole physique.  A small waist is a prerequisite in my opinion.  If you don't have it then don't bother competing.

I'm against the grain here - I don't think Cutler is that bad 

Though he does have a wide looking waist from the front in the FDB - Not a good pose for him.
His waist does not appear so wide from the back.

As for a small waist being a prerequisite-- Sadly that went out many years ago.
Almost to the point if you don't have a pertruding barrel belly you won't get placed
Ridiculous that the judging standard has allowed & rewarded it.
