Okay, so what information do these trainers have that can't be found for free online? Do they know special routines that can achieve vastly superior results to the various routines which we are all aware of? What are these special diets and foods that only Hollywood actors can afford which build muscle faster then the standard BB diets?
There are no secrets. Hollywood actors do the same shit everyone else does; lift weights, consume a high protein diet and take drugs.
