I think 90-100 or so it doesn't really matter on national level that much and sure there must be some margin of error and what not.
But 68 is so extremely low you don't get that kind of result by accident.

Let's compare North Korea to African nations.
North Korea is extremely poverty ridden dictatorship, poor nutrition and what not but those fuckers have organized society there. They are even able to make primitive rockets by themselves. With basically no money, no remarkable resources. They plate their roads themselves. They build their apartment blocks themselves. There's no single African nation capable of this. Why is this?
This is very interesting - and very controversial - subject. I'm not a scientist and don't know what affects what on this topic but the above is something I have often wondered.

Hitler's Germany was probably among the happiest and greatest a white nation has ever been in it's short time. Look at the old film reels, those people look so content and happy with their lot and they adore their leader in a genuine way. You can see it all on their faces. A nation wouldn't have fought to the bitter bloody apocalyptic end for something and someone if their love for it and them hadn't been genuine and very strong. Even the fanatical Japanese didn't fight to the end. But the Germans did. That says a lot about what they were fighting for I think.
