Has to be fake.  Maybe this was a shoot for a movie?  Possibly somebody pulled her in the window below and simultaneously threw a dummy out?

Well she was Ethiopian so maybe hitting the ground at 30lbs didn't hurt that much,much like a leave falling off a tree.
