Theres been places like that in koreatown LA for over 15yrs... Even the jack in the box down the street from mynhighnschool in sna diego was like that in 97

Some Chinese restaurants in NYC have been like that for decades (mid 80's). The old, somewhat truthful joke was to find the one with the thickest and most elaborate bulletproof set up in the hood, and eat there. Chances are they were the highest traffic, and probably the freshest and best tasting. Usually worked out that way too, unless you were in such a crappy neighborhood that there was only one Chinese restaurant in a multi block radius.

I moved to the sticks off the grid.....we`re lucky to have the few reatauraunts we do have but it`s safe...........and I grew up in the ghetto as a kid for 20 years or so, and had to live there for 13 more years after getting out of there due to my ridiculous alcoholism and drug use.

Yes, surprisingly. There are lots of older white people who still live in Detroit simply because they never left. Also, certain areas like Southwest Detroit have a higher white population.

Good emphasis on inside, but not on "wear", which is a verb. You spelled it as "were",  which is a second  person singular pt. indicative, plural past indicative, and past subjunctive of be. But did you mean to misspell it without the "h"? With the "h" it would sound the same as "wear". But "where" is an adverb.
So before we question why someone is "wearing" a hoodie inside a take out, which is not unusual to do, let us first figure out when and "where" to use the correct words.
