I would go on all kinds of adventures cramming in more in one hour that most people achieve in a lifetime.
I would tell stories of daring do and people would be aghast at my immenseness.
Crowds would gather at my feet as I recanted my glorious tales of how I have never come out anywhere other than the top of the pile

My wife had me quit working 1 year and 1 month ago. I take care of the house, shop, basically all the stuff a typical house wife would do except I don't bitch about how tough it is! The best job I have ever had! I don't miss working one little bit.
I retired from the Air Force 7 years ago so I do contribute some income. The job I got after retirement was a job I liked but the last year before I quit they started sending me out of state every week. The wife got tired of me being gone all the time, her practice as a dermatologist was taking off, so a house husband I became at 46!
The kids are grown also. So besides the basic stuff I do what I want each day.

It's pretty boring,I go to gym,casino,fish,watch a lot of Netflix and eat out prob 10 times a week and drive around a lot.I started a small construction company a few years ago and I have a great crew of guys that do masonry,carpentry,painting,roofing,windows etc... nothing to big but they handle it all for me so I have most days free except when I swing by to check on them and collect payments.I enjoy the free time to hang with the kids but it gets crazy boring.

Basic stuff, vacuum, laundry, feed the dogs, yard work when it is the season for it, go out in my garage and workout 3 days a week, clean the cars, shopping, watch tv if I am feeling lazy, etc...
Actually just finished cooking my eggs and now sitting on the couch eating and watching Netflix. Yesterday was leg day so no workout today.
I would spend time with my kids as one person mentioned but we live in lower Delaware. My daughter lives in Oklahoma and son is finishing his senior year of college in Georgia. I was in Oklahoma when I retired from the military and that is where my daughter grew up. So when we decided to move back home she decided to stay around what she knew.

I'd be back working within months I think. I'd definitely hang with my kids, but I'd have to be doing something. Travel for a while but then back to work.

Go back home and volunteer at the local SPCA/foster dogs.

Train, eat, sleep, golf, cook and spend a heck of a lot of time with my kids doing some activities already mentioned and learning adventures.
