One would hope Ronnie dropped some truth bombs about how his body feels and functions these days to scare him straight.... Kevin really needs to knock it off after this year, taking what these guys take isn't a genius thing to do at 27 let alone 53... He looks a hell of a lot bigger fwiw, but his upper body looked big last year till he screwed up his contest peak and was way too flat.

I want to say SHIT, look at how large Kevin's legs look in that pic (they do), but I can't take my eyes off of how tiny Ronnie's upper arms are. Those tiny sleeves are flapping in the wind. His upper arms look to be about 11". That's INSANE. It must kill him to know that only a few years ago he was walking around with 24" upper arms.  :'( :'( :'(

Do you at least agree that he screwed something up last minute and looked really flat on the stage? He looked totally different during that posedown at the press conference. Plus his color was weird...

Well it was either self-delusion or arrogance or a mix that made him think he was going to get an O winning amount of mass back in under a year from a massive layoff and then get his peak perfect as well on a 52 year old body.
