He actually came in leaner at the the 1991 Nationals (233 pounds) than he did at the 1991 Junior Nationals (236 pounds) earlier in the year. He came in even leaner for the 1992 Mr. O at 225. Imo, while he was much leaner in 1992 (and late 1991), he was more impressive earlier on in 1991 at the Jr's when he had the pony tail. His legs and pecs, arms (bis, tris and forearms), delts and traps were all huge at that time and could bench as much as 600 pounds back then (pre-pec tear).

I already clarified the weights. He was 236 at the Juniors and 233 at the Nationals. How the FUCK do I know if he was 26 or 27 years old in that training video? He was most likely 26 seeing he still had his ponytail.

Good question Dave. I think those kinds of commen's should stay on message boards to be honest. As far as accuracy, he may be right about foot speed but foot speed isn't the end all be all in basketball. Also, what's the reason his son got torched for 39 points against that Hebrew on Kentucky? Also, he wasn't complaining when those white guys helped take him to the Sweet 16. Also, what about all those Duke Teams with white guys that won the national championship?  He's funny in general but way off base with this and again, these comments should be kept private. He should be thinking about how this makes his son look.

i teared up yes but in a bittersweet way, it was great to see him onstage again when i thought he was done more than a decade ago, but sad to see him looking like that

it was pitiful to see him way past his prime trying to compete with guys in their prime, i don't want him to compete anymore there is nothing to gain and everything to lose, i fear for his health
