 Eights heads tall seems a bit extreme to me. That drawing is very humorous for some reason.

that entire thing is based on head size. its about as precise as drawing with your eyes closed.

You did it wrong - you cropped down to his forehead. Here is a more accurate version:

8 heads is pretty extreme for a thick boned meso-endomorph like Kovacs to have.  6.5 to 7 heads is more common.
